My Story
Our first experience with Scentsy was amazing. After trying a sample and ordering a warmer, my family was hooked! It wasn't long before my husband suggested we give sharing Scentsy a try & who would have thought this little "candle"; business would have grown so much in the over eight years we have been a part of it.
I developed some health concerns and two of my three boys were also struggling with health, I decided it was time to leave my dream job of teaching and focus on my family and their needs.
Things were tight at home and I was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, This new adventure scared me tremendously and I won't deny it, it felt like torture some days. My husband collected orders from work and I put together Show on the GO bags for the 1st six months. Working together, we achieved several of Scentsy's New Consultant Incentives.
Our three boys are my world. The boys share in the Scentsy experience right with us. Our oldest son, Joseph - 21, is on the autism spectrum; and is pursing his dream of being a librarian. He is currently attending UMA. Our middle son, Michael - 18, is on the autism spectrum and graduated High School during the 2020 Pandemic. He loves to work with small engines and has become quite the repairman. He amazes me every day, a good part I owe to our time with Scentsy. (He has gained the ability to make eye contact, have conversations with others and even can cover a party if I have no voice.) Our youngest, Jac is almost 15 and a freshman in high school. He lives and breathes hockey but also plays football and lacrosse. No only does Scentsy help with the odor but it helps with the cost too.
We have been able to travel to some places that we never would have thought of going and met some incredible people along our journey. Scentsy is truly a family company. We are thankful to be a part of that family and would encourage anyone considering it to reach out.
